Lumiforte is on an exciting journey of growth in Italy, and we’re looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and result driven International Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our sales activities in Italy, building strong relationships with distributors and end-users, and driving the adoption of our groundbreaking solutions. With plenty of flexibility and independence, you’ll have the freedom to take charge of your tasks and shape your success. And while you’ll thrive on autonomy, you’ll also be part of a close-knit, supportive team that’s got your back every step of the way.
As our International Account Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the Lumiforte SAS sales team. Our vibrant group includes a General Manager , a Marketeer, three Account Managers, and a Consultant. All passionate professionals who love what they do. You’ll report to our General Manager in France, who’s there to guide and support you as you work together to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the Italian market;
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets;
- Build and maintain good and effective relations with current distributors/end-users, future customers and important influencers;
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions;
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the horticultural industry;
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met;
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights;
- Assist marketing in your area and participate events and exhibitions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field;
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the horticultural or agricultural sector;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus;
- Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally.
